Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our primary goal. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any of the products you have purchased at JabaLabs, LLC you may return the unused portion of a product( one item per customer only) for a full refund less shipping & handling for the bottle returned.

To qualify you must obtain a RMA # and return your item(s) within 60 days of receipt of your order. Returns will not qualify for credit without a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number.)

·        Please include a copy of your invoice and RMA# with your return.

·        Returns will be processed within 7 business days of receipt and a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.

Sales Tax and Payment Options

Outside Texas customers do not pay any tax.

Texas residents pay 8.25% sales tax.
